Jefferson Animal Clinic

Well I thought this was a nice vet but I was proved wrong by the male vet and honestly the tall female vet with blonde bob will talk over you non stop which is rude, unprofessional, rushing behavior, she is not a great listener. The techs are all nice and great with the pets. The clinic doesn't push dog food sales in the lobby for their business partners like most vet clinics do now but they do perform poor rushed exams and then want you to spend 2k+ to surgically remove bumps that like I had suggested were just clogged pores. I ended up extracting the dirt and gunk from the pore myself and cleaning them with Iodine and the lumps are gone completely within a few days of being cleaned up. So thank god I did not trust their judgement and allow them to put my dog through a painful unnecessary surgery and drain my wallet of almost $2400 dollars. Their behavior came off as manipulative and lazy IMO and I will not be returning here again. Pricy. Aggressive dog in the yard behind the clinic that will rile your pets up in the parking lot. 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

From the phone conversation, to arrival, to the appointment, and follow up, this office is professional, friendly and prompt. We are happy with the staff, cleanliness of the facility and care that our dog Sammi got.
