I would like preface that I am not a customer of this clinic, and I am not even in the same state. While this review might seem unprecedented, I find it incredibly necessary. My friend is a client of yours, and has been for a few years for multiple pets. She recently lost her 13.5 year old dog, and despite her age it approached very quickly. While organizing how to care for her after passing, and even picking up her remains, my friend received little to no condolences from any of the staff on the phone or in person. I’d like to remind you that while this may be something you experience daily, to your clients this is a life altering event. My hope if you see this, is to remind you that your customers consider their pets family, and they deserve your care and support even more so when those family members pass. Kind words and sympathy are needed in those moments, and while this is a business I would hope you remember that in the future.

We've worked with several of the vets at Homeward Bound, and they've all been great. Our dogs have most often seen Dr. Jeff who is a real treat. He is exceptionally hardworking, reasonable with prescribed treatments, and tender with out pups. 7 out of 5 stars!

We’ve taken our dogs to Homeward Bound for the last 7 years and they have always treated us and our pets with the utmost respect and care. This was especially evident just a few weeks ago when our elderly dog needed to be put down. The entire staff was incredibly kind and empathetic and made the process as smooth for us as possible. They took such good care of our sweet girl until the very end, gave her the absolute BEST last meal she could’ve had, and allowed us to take as much time as we needed to say goodbye. They even sent a hand-written sympathy card to us later. If you want veterinary care that treats your fur babies like actual family, this is the place to go. Thank you, Homeward Bound.

We worked with Abby and Dr Kiernan and could not have been more pleased. They were able to squeeze us in on very short notice and treat our GSP accordingly. Our dog is very high maintenance and isn’t fond of the vet and they do such a great job with her making her feel comfortable. We are so thankful for this team. I would recommend them to any family/friend/neighbor.
